What we collect
The contact form on this site collects your name, your email address, the topic you select, and the message you write. Nothing else is collected through the form.
How your message reaches us
This site does not store submissions on a server. When you press send, the details you typed are placed into either your own email client or your own WhatsApp, and you send the message yourself. That means your message travels through the service you chose, under that service's own terms.
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply to your enquiry and to continue the conversation that follows from it. We do not sell it, and we do not share it outside DEHAKA Group and its registered entities.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept in our email and messaging accounts for as long as the business relationship is active, and afterwards for the period our record keeping obligations require.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics script. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to bagas@dhkgroup.id and we will respond within a reasonable period.
