About us
DEHAKA Group develops, funds and operates assets across energy, mining, infrastructure and sustainable solutions. Our energy arm, PT DHK Energi Hasta Kapital, and our Chengdu engineering house, Sichuan Jiaweitu, run as one business: the drilling, completion and stimulation technology is ours, and so is the record it has built.
Who we are
DEHAKA Group is an Indonesian group operating across energy, mining, infrastructure and sustainable solutions. We carry a project from licence and corporate structure through to the crew that runs the site, and we stay on the asset after the signing is done.
Our energy arm, PT DHK Energi Hasta Kapital, and our engineering house in Chengdu, Sichuan Jiaweitu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., are two registered companies inside one group. Fifteen years of oilfield drilling technology, well stimulation and mining equipment sit behind both of them.
The division of work is deliberately plain. Chengdu carries the designs, the tooling and the subject matter experts. Jakarta carries the Indonesian entity, the local footprint and the commercial relationships. Same group, same board, same standard of work on either side of it.
How the group is set up
Each arm is registered, capitalised and staffed in its own market, so work is contracted through the entity that can actually be held to it. Behind them is one group and one board.
China · Technology and manufacturing
Our technology driven engineering enterprise in Chengdu, providing integrated engineering solutions and services to the oil, gas and mining sectors. This is where the drill bit designs, the continuous gyroscopic surveying system, the well stimulation methods and the mine safety equipment processes are built and owned.
Indonesia · Operating platform
Our Indonesian company, headquartered in Jakarta and positioned to serve Southeast Asia. PT DHK holds the local entity, the contracts and the workforce, and is the counterparty an Indonesian operator signs with. The engineering it deploys is the group’s own.
What the group brings
Three things have to be present at once for an engineering method to work on an Indonesian asset. The group was structured so that none of them is missing.

From application specific PDC bits to advanced well stimulation programmes, we deliver engineered solutions to complex operational bottlenecks, aimed at drilling efficiency and the economics that follow from it.

We work through PT DHK and local production rather than importing a finished service. That means local sourcing, local assembly and maintenance, and a supply chain that an Indonesian operator can audit.

Through hands on guidance and structured training programmes we develop Indonesian engineers and subject matter experts, so the knowledge stays in country rather than flying home with a crew.
